"Penitent soul! Dare to believe in the instantaneous forgiveness of sins. Thou hast only to utter the confession, to find it interrupted by the outbreak of the Father's love, as soon as the words of penitence leave thy lips, they are met by the hurrying assurances of a love which whilst it hates sin, has never ceased to yearn over the prodigal." Tick Tock

If someone truly is trusting in God, they do not give God time limits.
                                                    or for that matter, REQUISITIONS.
Making a list for God to fill, is a lack of reverent fear and respect of our God, our Creator.

Still Shining!

I think my friend Kelline must have an extra special mission.
I think satan knows her potential.
Her potential of reaching people.
For my dear friend Kelline has been under his attack since she was born.
He is afraid of her true potential.
for he spends a lot of his manpower keeping her down.
But that's tough satan, because she still shines!
She still shines through all your attacks and firery darts.

Battle on dear sister!
We have the victory.
And the battle belongs to the Lord.

"In heavenly armour we'll enter the landThe battle belongs to the LordNo weapon that's fashioned against us shall standThe battle belongs to the Lord
We sing glory and honorPower and strength to the Lord(repeat)

The power of darkness comes in like a floodThe battle belongs to the LordHe's raised up a standard, the power of His bloodThe battle belongs to the Lord
When your enemy presses in hard do not fearThe battle belongs to the LordTake courage my friend, your redemption is nearThe battle belongs to the Lord"

Teach me to love You.

Teach me how to love You.

I wanna love God with my whole heart. Whole admiration, whole affection, and my whole desire.

There's a quote that says, "The proof of love is in the want to give."
What have I done out of love for YOU?
What have I given without self-gain?

I can at least say at this point,

"I'll give my life to You."
"I'll give my body to You."
"I'll give my mouth to You."
"I'll give my dreams and hopes to You."

I want to love you above all else.

God doesn't want to share the pedal-stool in our heart.
He wants our whole heart.
He deserves to be desired above all else.

My prayer is...
"Lord help me to love You better, I want to desire You with my whole heart. I don't want to love any of Your creations more than I love You."

These words won't ring loudly to you, (the     reader) I'm sure.
These words have to be
self-realized to ring out.
But when you've finally had enough of just   taking what satan is dishing out...
There'll be a loud welcomed reverberation in  your soul!

"I am the daughter of the KING!"
Just the name of JESUS and the Blood of      Jesus has authority over everything!"

"In the name of Jesus I rebuke the spirits of, stress, anxiety, and fear, that have been        plaguing me."

I'm not sure why I put up with it this long.
Forgive me Lord. You died for my                    salvation, healing, and peace.
What have you been putting up with?
Putting up with, when you're the son or daughter of THE King!

Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

"Without  faith, it is impossible to please God." Hebrews 11:6
If I don't have faith that Jesus can and will satisfy me, that His plans for me are perfect and will fill me with joy; I'm not pleasing God.
"...for WHOEVER would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seeek Him." Hebrews 11:6

I want you to come of your own free will.

 I can hear His voice.
Soft, and gentle.
He is in love.

"Won't you come, with soft flight, and nestle against my heart, if you would."(CB)
Our Maker desires that we would want to give ourselves to Him.
To want to live for His pleasure and not our own.
He wants in return to satisfy our every need, and bathe us in His love and peace.

Satan also want our spirits.  He tries to trap us, and cage us in.
He wants slaves, not a lover, not a friend.
He cares not for our happiness.

The quote up above is from my favorite movie  and book, "Jane Eyre", written by Charlotte Brunte. It's a line from the male lead character. He loves and wants the love of Jane Eyre.
But she is resolute in her morals, and stands fast resisting him.
While she is standing fast, this is another line from the male lead.
"Never was anything at once so frail and so indomitable. A mere reed she feels in my hand! I could bend her with my finger and thumb, and what good would it do if I bent, if I uptore, if I crushed her? Consider that eye; consider the resolute, wild, free thing looking out of it, defying me, with more than courage, with a stern triumph. whatever I do with its cage, I cannot get at it, the savage, beautiful creature! If I tear, if I rend the slight prison, my outrage will only let the captive loose. Conqueror I might be of the house, but the inmate would escape to heaven before I could call myself possessor of its clay dwelling place. And it is you, spirit, with will and energy, and virture and purity, that I want; not alone your brittle frame. Of yourself, you could come, with soft flight, and nestle against my heart, if you would..."

The beauty of our free will.
It doesn't matter what man, satan, does to our body, it can't get to our spirit.
If we have given our spirit to God, whatever man may do to us, our spirits in the end will only be freed to reside with God in our true home.
This body is just a tent. It's not the real me.
The real me is a free bird of a spirit.
Happily resting in the hands of Jesus.
The Jesus who will never try to put me in a box. Or try to take away my freedom.

Can you trust your Creator?
Trust Him wholly?
We might say, "Well of course I trust God."
But don't jump to conclusions! Do some soul searching.
Do you trust Him like the little kid standing on the edge of the pool, who doesn't know how to swim, beginning to jump to his dad standing in the pool with outstretched arms?
Like the song that says, "Everything is in His hands"
 or, I Know You Know
"I can trust and choose Your will for me
Or I can choose to trust my own
But every time I do
I end up on my knees
Longing for Your arms to lift me up
I can take the roads You lead me down
Or I can turn and go my way
But every time I do
I end up on my knees
Longing for Your arms to lift me up
I know You know
Just what I need
I know You have a plan for me
And I won't worry what the future holds
'Cause I know You know
I can hear just what You have to say
Or I can hear just what I want
But every time I do
I end up on my knees
Longing for Your arms to lift me up
Lord, You're faithful in everything, everything
Your the rock I'm leaning on

God where were you?

God where were you?
Why didn't you intervene?
Why didn't you intervene sooner?

These are the questions that sometimes come to my mind about past hardships.

But my answer to myself is always the same.
"I will never understand everything."
"What does it even matter?"

The ultimate question is, "Do I trust God?"
"Do I trust Him implicitly?

Because no matter what happens, He is still God.
He is still the God of the universe.
He is still the Creator of all things.
He is still the only true God that will ever be!

The moment you start doubting God, I believe is the moment your faith weakens.
The moment you start looking for guidance outside of Him.
Trusting in your own strength, the strength of others, false religions.
These will only fail you.

No matter what you think of God, He will always and forever be the only Way.
The Way, the Truth, and the Life.

Have you lost your trust in God?
God is only concerned for your welfare.
The hardships that happen along the way are a result of this fallen world, and our fallen nature.

We must plow forward. Not looking on what's behind.
Keeping our eyes on the Goal.
Everlasting life with our loving Creator.
Who has not one iota of darkness in Him.
No capacity of evil.
Disagree with me, you may.
But this is the truth.
HE is holy, pure, and loving.

Even when you could not sense Him or see evidence of His presence.
He was with you. And He will never leave you nor forsake you.
He said, "Blessed are those who believe in me without seeing me."

So lets stop asking, "God where were you?"
And start saying, "God I trust in You no matter what!"

Lets sober up!

1 Peter 4:17 "For it is time for judgement to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? "If the righteous is scarcely saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

As Christians we are representing Jesus Christ. Are we dragging His name in the mud? Or are we living right, being set apart from the world, and living in love?

We as Christians are always being watched. Watched by the people of this world. Whether they admit it or not, they are looking for something. Looking for something they were made for. They are searching for the Creator, for what will fill the hole in their hearts.

Also they're curious about what Christianity is all about. We always need to remember we have ever watching eyes.

When you become a Christian life is longer solely about you. Now we live for others.

So let Peter encourage each one of us imperfect Christians to strive toward our goal. To run the race and to overcome!

Do not forget, we have an audience.
